Länsförsäkringar faced the challenge of streamlining and consolidating information for its employee onboarding process in an intuitive and effective way. As a large organisation with numerous roles, it was crucial to establish a standardised and engaging introduction that provides new employees with the knowledge they need to succeed in their roles.

A three-phase onboarding plan
The onboarding process is structured into three phases, each aligned with overarching goals and knowledge requirements.
Phase 1 - The first week
