What's new for guide collections – send flows and other updates

This webinar is for those of you who are already using InfoCaption and want to stay up to date on the latest news and possibilities for working with guide collections in InfoCaption. We'll be paying a little extra attention to guide collections with tracking, which is included in the Train module. 

We'll be covering: 

• Sends and reminders: Send out information and reminders to participants and their managers directly from the guide collection. 
• Next-generation text guides: Add guides created with the new text guide tool, featuring a new layout and functionality. 
• Chat functionality: Give participants the opportunity to interact directly within a guide collection. 

We also take a quick look at other news regarding courses and what is coming up, including those related to microlearning.
